About
I joined University of Toronto in July 2017 as assistant professor of finance at the Department of Management, University of Toronto Scarborough with a cross-appointment at the Rotman School of Management. I was promoted to associate professor in July 2025. I am also the FinHub Associate Research Director.
Research interests
Empirical asset pricing with emphasis on information economics.
Advisory
I sometime advise regulators, financial institutions, and media on prediction markets, market microstructure, and financial NLP, drawing on my published research in these areas.
